Hydraulic Sump tank - Check fluid level

Lift and tilt operation - Raise to full height and tilt backward and forward

Check oil sump level
Every 100 Hours (performed by our technician)

Contractor panel - Check and adjust

Electrical wiring - Check connections for tightness

Steering gear - Check lubricant

Differential - Check lubricant

Differential - Air Vent - Clean

Brake pedal - Adjust

Brake system - Check fluid level

Visually - Inspect all hydraulic lines and fittings, steer valve and pump, hydraulic control valves, lift bracket and piston head guide. Lubricate

Lift chains - Adjust and lubricate

Lift and tilt cylinders - Check for drift and leakage. Check mountings

Hydraulic sump tank breather - Clean
-
Lubricate all other lube locations

Complete check of all battery cells, open circuit voltage and S.G.
Every 500 Hours (performed by our
technician)

Complete 100 hours PM

Tires - Check
-
Hydraulic sump tank - Drain and refill

Hydraulic sump tank oil filter - Replace filter element

Steering gear - Adjust thrust and lash
-
Steer axle linkage - Adjust

Nuts, bolts, and cap screws - Tighten as required
Every 1000 Hours

Complete 100 hour PM plus 500 hour PM

Pump and drive motor brushes - Check brush spring tension and bearings and lubricate

Differential - Drain and refill
-
Hand brake - Test
